Vip Auto Care are liars and rip off their customers. Dallas Texas

I contacted them through email because I bought an auction car that died while driving and their ads said they offered free towing with repairs. That was the first lie, as despite having a $1950 verbal estimate...that turned into $2700 after I already started making payments, I was charged $91 for towing as a 'discount'. The owner assured me that everything would be fixed except for the catalytic converter, which I would have to take to a muffler shop...fine. But when I got the car back(after having to give them my title and $900 up front), the car wasn't fixed, and things I pointed out to the owner specifically that he said he would fix weren't.

I wasn't given an invoice of what was actually fixed until I paid them $900 and gave them my title. Once I got it, it stated that I refused mechanical repairs, which is a LIE. And while overcharging me for small things like a cracked windshield, removal of a police light, seat motor etc, they didn't fix the car's serious issues like the o2 sensors and a busted cluster gauge that didn't work, which left me guessing how much gas was in the car. The owner avoided my calls which left me dealing with his mechanic/tow guy, who was equally as unhelpful.

Despite me telling him the problems with the gas gauge going up and down while driving, he kept lying to me saying that the car was 'good' and then later saying,  "The gauge and car are fine" to "I didn't tell them to fix it." After the car died for a 2nd time, he actually responded sarcastically: "....what do you want me to do? This coming from a supposed mechanic that couldn't even tell me what was wrong with the car that they charged for me $95 dianostic for.  So now I'm out of a car and thousands of dollars. It's not fair that they can get away with ripping off honest, and hard working people.
