Received a travel coupon as a Thank You from a vendor for listening to a presentation on 8/21. I mailed certified mail on 8/23; VIP Travel Reservations received it on 8/26. Today, Sept. 26, I receive a letter saying that since I did not include a check for $75, it is VOID.

Why did they not call since my phone number is on the voucher? Why is their postage dated 9/21? -- they held the document for 3 weeks to make sure we could not claim it. This is a RIP OFF!!
