Viral Media Boost Beware of This Scammer

It is obvious that you are inexperienced at business only having been in business a year. Your response about this other persons character is borderline criminal. They call that either Slander or Defamation of Character. Your responses have done nothing to reassure anyone who may read this thread to do business with you. 1st. They will throw up a red flag at dealing with you as they will obviously see that your dealings have brought you here. 2nd. You responses are not about anything but defining your angst against this person who aparantly had a problem with you being timely in your fixing of the issue. 3. The way you seem to try and sway peoples who may be reading this, is not gonna work. Your specific defining of this person as being a reseller AND a competitor had nothing to do with YOU conducting bad busniess in the first place. That only shows your lack of business ethics and the conflict of interest that you created by having resellers in the first place. I wouldnt want too many people doing the same thing, unless, I was hurting for business and thought I could franchise off of their network...Other thatn that I would want as close to a legal monopoly as possible. You Sir, need an education on business.

You should see the emails this guy sends me. Telling me he's gonna murder me an Ima die etc. An I still sent him money. So, me sayin he is on his period is nothing serious. I never take him serious when he says things like that though because I know something is mentally wrong with him. Again, there's no hard feelings with the guy. I was gonna refund him in the first place I don't do bad business. You better off minding ya business! No one asked you for your input. I've been in business over a year now & this is my first time ever having this issue. We have serviced 1,000s of clients. This ripoffreport is a joke! The author tried to remove his post an ripoffreport told him no. They are the real ripoff's!!!!

I would be leary of dealing with you as a consumer just by reading your response to this persons claim against you. It does not require or take 90 days for any verification service on twitter-facebook-youtube-none of them. This sounds like someone having some bad business habits. Your spelling and grammar was terrible and your response seemed like it came from someone with hurt feelings. If it hurt your feelings that this person files a ripoff report, then you need to examine your own services and not offer excuses but take care of your business. If I was demanded a refund after 60 days of failing to deliver, then I would give zero hard time to the client and just refund their money. People who proviced excuses about why they arent refunding usually means that the money had already been spent and you havent made enough to keep in the bank to protect your own rear end. This could be from bad personal habits, I dont know.

Your lack of business ethics and your personal attack on this persons character shows a lot about your integrity and business savy. To say something about this person being on their period is trashy. I would beware of dealing with you. I also know that paypal has a feature that after 45 days, you cannot dispute the payment. I guess if you take several hundred or even thousand dollars from anyone and you con them in to thinking that a service will take beyond those 45 days, is a great scam in itself since the dispute process is no longer available after that time.

This person did the right thing filing this report, obviously he felt his dealings with you and your responses to his request to refund the payment, were in neglect and probably he met with great resistance from you about these funds. THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT! You cannot force someone to wait beyond what they initially were led to beleive a service should take.You refund their money and keep an open and worthwhile relationship.

Think about this in your future dealings with businesses and clients.

I never scammed this guy in the first place. This guy was a reseller of my website for atleast a year. I started offering a service of twitter verifications just like any other service he reselled of mines. After 2 months he wanted a refund but just like anyone who knows about verifications it can take up to 90 days. I told dude just like any other time, if it didnt go thru I would refund him. It didnt even reach the 90 day mark.

He told me if I aint give him an exact day for refunds he was going to blast my company in a negative way, well that following morning he did so. I didn't even have time to respond or even read the email first! I never told him I will not refund him, we don't do business that way. We are not out for peoples money and scamming them. We are a honest business. As you can see, he later responded to this post an said we are not SCAMMERS!!!!

He just got super mad in his feelings an his period came on! But still my company suffers because ripoff report won't even remove this. An mind you, at the same time we are in the same business and this guy is also a competitor even though he was a reseller. Wish someone could help me in this matter!!!! No hard feelings to the guy we were gonna take care of the refund regardless but this is messed up to my company to have us put up on this site.
