Virgin Van Lines Criminals who take your money and your property! Van Nuys California

 We went through a bad experience at pick up and it feels like the nightmare will go on for quite sometime as we still have not received delivery of our property. (We had a pick up on 7/25, a day and a half late, and it is two weeks past the 21 business days for delivery & still no sign.) The reviews of others who have had similar experiences recently with this company are not encouraging, either.  Seems like they are going to take the money & run at worst, and at best go belly up, which may still mean we won't get our property or our money back.

It is unconscionable that companies can operate like this. Moving, in and of itself, is so stressful, and then to have to deal with a company like VVL, a choice we deeply regret! The driver called to reschedule the pick up four times, causing great inconvenience for us, the worst part being that I wasn't there for the pick up, and my husband was not the one who booked and did not know to what to pay attention. The driver did the usual of making extra charges; he blatantly lied about the number of steps on the stairs and the cubic feet of the inventory. My husband went along with his game mainly because we needed to get on with our  move, but when I returned and discovered there was no inventory manifest or delivery status given I started emailing and calling right away. They will not respond to emails; you can guess why they don't want whatever they tell you documented. They don't return your calls; when you call yourself and speak to someone the information you get is different every time.  In our case we were dealing with Carri/customer service, Michelle/supervisor, Sean/driver, Danny/dispatcher, & Rachel/booking; There are  no last names ever given and I don't believe even the first names are real ones (the check my husband made out to rhe driver was completely different).   

I am glad to see that others are taking action and that one reviewer has begun to organize other victims. I will definitely take advantage of all opportunities to report & follow up on the problems my husband & I have experienced. Will we receive all our belongings in good condition & in the near future? I'd like to believe it could happen, but it's sure not looking good at this point!
