Virginia Employment Commission VEC Makes "Many" MISTAKES and "YOU" the unemployed LITERLY "PAYS" for it Richmond, Virginia

I have been told by the Commission that, I can appeal until all appeals are exhausted and then I have to pay them For Their (admitted) "Mistake". I have tried to contact several agencies and everyone lead you right back to VEC. I'm unable to even find an attorney in Virginia that will assist. I called Legal Aid and the best I could get was someone to speak to me about it. I was 2 days late filing and appeal and was told only way it would be excused is if I were in a "COMA".

In the meantime the total they say I owe has "Tripled" and I have paper work showing I don't owe this money. The mistake is "They have added what I don't owe".  Everytime you call they ask your SS# and Things are added, subtracted and multiplied on your records. I have contacted the Senate"s Office, Governor office, City Counsel and they all lead you back to VEC

If anyone knows who I can contact to help me with this situation "Except" VEC  Please let me know. It seems they are UNTOUCHABLE and that's how they treat you.
