This is a follow-up on the dishonest, politically corrupt ripoff that tricks and lies to citizens with zero accountability. I was an employee with this agency and your report is right on track. As a former employee, I found the agency to be a very negative working environment. The management team doesn't give a d**n about anything or anybody. They really do not care about the claimants or employees.

My personal experience is that the management has been there too long and could care less about training employees or giving good customer service. The only thing most of them are waiting on is their number of years of service and retirement. They are burnt out employees lacking the motivation to even get off their butts. Their condescending treatment of both customers and employees is unbelievable.

I guess I was considered odd. I came from the private sector with a strong work ethic and outstanding customer service skills. My motto was to help solve any problem that might exsist and prevent that person from leaving with an additional problem. Yes, this agency definitely needs attention and reform. Let's get rid of the deadbeats and replace them with some good caring employees. The entire time I worked for this agency I felt that I was in "b***h Training". Needs reform and accountability.
