Visa Enhancement Services Denied claim of $500 deductible. Richmond Virginia

I scratched a rental car. I reported the accident to Visa Chase Card Member Services. They sent me a dispute form. I filled it out and sent it back to them within the 90 day requirement, along with what supporting documents I had. I later found out the documents were suppose to go to Visa Enhancement Services. Proof of my sending in the papers within 90 days is entered on Card Member Services computers. Enhancement Services turned down my claim because the papers were not sent to them within the 90 days when proof is there on their licensee's computer. This information is readily available to them by calling the person's name at Visa Chase that I referred them to.

My Visa information states that one of it's benefits is paying the deductible for a car rental accident. They have failed to do so. Indication is that their first thought is to save money without any thought for the customer. I see, from some of the other reports on this site, that I'm not the only one who has been mislead by what is suppose to be a so called benefit.
