VISION FINANCIAL CORP Vision Financia owes $1,111.26 to my company for collection work they have been hired to do and have collectded from members of my facilty and have not reported the payments received to me and not paid the share they surpose to my company. I am constantly getting the run around and excuses like the check is in the mail and it was sent out in the mail. Emails are not responded to calls never returned. White Plains New York

After a extensive review and speaking with previous members of my facility I was able to confirm that Vision Finacial Corp, has received in exces of $2,000.00 in monies due to my company Nautilus Woman Fitness Center, Corp.  After bringing this to the attention Steve Simon [s.simon@visionfinancialcorp.com] he confirmed that Vision Financia has not made any payments to our company since June, 2012. After numerous attempts to reach them and getting no response, from anyone at the company. I was directed to speak with Dharmishta Mandania [d.mand@visionfinancialcorp.com]. After calling her line, a 914-220-0807 between the hours of 9 am and 5 pm. She is never in her office and never returns any calls.  I have been calling since last year trying to get someone on the phone.  It was only after sending a mass email to Steve Simon,Jennifer Heinzl [j.heinzl@visionfinancialcorp.com] who also does not return any phone calls or respond to emails sent.

I had tracking on all the out going emails and it reported that Steve Simon, Jennifer Heinz,Dharmishta Mandania were all getting the emails and was reading them but bothered to respond.

Every week I have been calling and emailing only to get vague responses that they changing bank accounts this was the store from December, 2012. After that there was they had a change of staff that delayed the issuance of the check due us.  Now they claimed to have sent the check out since 5/7/13. It is now 5/15/13 and I am still waiting for the check and still no one answers the phone at the company and the people responsible for issuing payment is still not able to speak to her.

Beware of this company if you are seeking to hire them for you collecting proceedings.
