I sold for Vision security in the summer of 2012 and finished with about 60 accounts. I worked preseason all the way to August 30th which was when my contract was up. The area was really beat up and only sold 3 my last month there but, only stayed because I was supposededly one of the only representatives to get a back end in the office and to get it I had to finish the contract(Aug. 30th). Time and time again through out the last two months Steve Bynum and Preston Ward would hype me up and use me as an example for everyone to finish strong and how I had such a great looking back end waiting for me in November. I always stayed loyal and enthusiastic about the company until come November when my back end didn't show. Steve would keep putting it off, not return my calls, say he has to go through all the accounts and deductions(all Vision would say was to talk to my manager(Steve)). Eventually he flat out just said I never had a back end. Then I contacted many other top reps in the office I was in and no one got a back end. Then months later as the 2013 season is starting, my friend and fellow rep(top first year rep of 2012 in company with 146 acvounts) in the same office contacts me and says,"Hey, Rob Harris wants us to sign with Vision again and he'll pay us the money that they ripped us off on". My reply, "No". As the saying goes, "Do me wrong once...". So, my advice is, stay wise, learn from my encounter and steer clear of Vision Security. And if you're in an office reading this and getting sold to stay when you want to leave, listen to your gut. I wish I could cover more but I don't wanna ramble. Good Luck
