Visiontek Xtasy Video Cards ripoff Don't buy a video card from these liars, Lifetime Warranty NOT! Why do I have to wait until Visiontek feels in the mood to send me a new card? What a Scam! Inverness Illinois

I purchased a $350 Visiontek Xtasy Card less then a year ago. Visiontek says it has a Lifetime Warrenty. Useless! Just try to get them to actually honor it. They won't!

Sent my card in over two months ago. The tech says they don't offer cross shipment replacement like most other companies do. Took two weeks to get back to me and tell me it was defective. Duh! Why would I get an RMA# and send it back to them if it wasn't defective?

Then they say they don't stock the card, so I'm just supposed to wait. Wait for what? Wait until I forget I sent them a $350 video card? Wait until Visiontek feels in the mood to send me a new card? What a Scam!

Bottom Line, Visiontek's so called Lifetime Warrenty is a Lie and a Fraud. They have no interest in honoring their warranties.

If you're going to treat yourself to a nice high end ATI video card get it from anyone else than these lying scumbags at Visiontek.
