Vista BMW WARNING-Check you vehicle Thoroughly before you leave COCONUT CREEK Florida

I have visited Vista BMW service scince I started my lease on 12/31/2006. The vehicle in question is a 2006 M Roadster.

First I will note that BMW North America has always stood by this car and handled issues as the came up.
I am taking issue with the lack of care Vista BMW employees have when handling my vehicle. There have been several warranty repairs done to the vehicle. The fuel pump needed replacement a week after I got the car.
A convertible top latch bearing was also replaced.
The converible top frame has corrosion on the aluminum alignment support bars (Bolts to the top assembly near the door jam) which BMW N/A offered to replace if the car is bought off the lease. Steering wheel switches broke and were also replaced. BMW N/A has always been very fair in my opinion.

However, each time the car came back from the dealership there was cosmetic damage to the vehicle. I kept going back because Nick Gambardella, and Aurthor Arsonal promised each time to fix the damage. I felt that as long as they were going to handle the problem it was not an issue.

On my first oil change the trunk lid was scratched.
They promised to fix it, never did. Next visit there was dammage to the aluminum trim, leather console, and right door pannel. Again they said they would order the parts, and fix it, never did.They damaged the leather on the A pillar when the changed out the convirtable top bearing.
They claimed it was normal. The next visit the drivers seat was punctured. They had someone do cheep leather patchs on all the leather damage. On my last visit they damaged the rim while changing the tire.They wanted to spray paint the dammaged area with crylon spry paint.
That was the final straw.Vist BMW personnel have damaged no less thatn $5000.00 in parts at this point.

I went back to disscuss the issue with Nick, and he began to rant about how I always have a problem when I come to see him. He got all bent out of shape and told me to never come back. He later told some elaborate lie to the BMW N/A and his boss to cover his a$$, and I am apperently allowed back on the premisis. But I only intend to see them, or thier attorney in court unless they fix the damage.More to come Later......
