I ordered checks from Vista Print about a month ago, and within the last week, I was charged 14.95 to my checking account from a company called Business Max. When I contacted Business Max about the charge they advised me that they can refund the 14.95 within 2 to 3 business days.

However, any NSF fees or other charges from my bank will require me faxing my bank statement to them, and an investigation on thier part, and IF they feel they were the cause of the NSF they will refund the charge in 14 to 21 business days.

When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was transferred to a very unplesant person named Elen, he barely spoke english, and was very rude. Before the call was ended, by him I might add, he advised me that he is the only supervisor, and he doesn't know if they are listed with the Better Business Bureau or not. I spoke with an attorney who has advised me not only to close my account and open another at a totally different bank but to also consider filing a law suit against the two companies.

I hope people watch very very closely to what is written on the pages if they choose to order from Vista Print. I read everything, and declined the offer to enroll in this program and was still ripped off and enrolled in the program. I firmly believe that these two companies should be shut down.
