Vista Print - Business Max - Passport To Fun ripoff Internet

I used Vista Print in January 2005 for some things a needed for my wedding on April 30. I had no problems and was very satisfied with how quickly I got my order, so I decided to order some business cards for my husband in July.

Today, I found two charged for 12.95 each on my bank statement to BusinessMax and Passport to Fun. I have no idea what either of these companies are, nor did I receive any kind of enrollment verification or welcome through e-mail or postal mail. I called my bank, canceled my debit card, and filed a fraudulant claims report with them, thinking an individual had stolen my information. My may advised me to try and call the numbers on my statement to find out what this companies are and how I got charged.

Well, neither one would pick up after about an hour on hold for each. I quickly began online research of these 2 companies and found this Rip Off report during my search. Since I know I won't get a hold of anyone on the phone, I would love to pursue legal action. Would anyone be able to provide some advice on how I can go about that in Texas?
