Vista Print Free Business Cards are Costly Lexington Massachusetts

I ordered FREE business cards from vistaprint.com and agreed to pay shipping charges of $5.45 on 8/1/07. I used virtual MC with PayPal.

The cards arrived on 8/22/07 and all was well until 9/4/07. On that date I discovered two charges of $14.95 to my PayPal account. One was to Vista Print and the other to Passport to Fun. Neither charge was made or authorized by me.

I visited the website and found a number which is specifically designated for "if you should find unauthorized charges on your account"! Imagine! They anticipated that would happen!

I called the number and was informed that I must not have noticed that I was signing up for these two things (whatever they are!). She stated that my account would be refunded in my next "billing cycle". I asked what that was since I don't OWE them anything. She was once again vague.

I got her name probably not her real one. I'm filing a claim with PayPal and calling my bank. I informed her of this fact.

It just proves that if something seems to good to be true, IT IS!

I'll shop locally next time!
