I have purchased business cards befor from vista print for over ten years.

I ordered a box of business cards like I always did in the past and two months later I see on my Bank statement that I have been enrolled into a Deal Pass with a phone number of 800-568-2386 and I was charged 12.95 a month.

The business cards were 4.99 for shipping to receive and this charge made my account delinqent for 67.00 .

I use my bank account for purchasing on the internet only with only 30.00 in account for security reasons.

So I contact dealpass.com 800-568-2386 and tell them I never authorised this membership, first they said I did. Then I told them I checked my hardrive and there is no way this was ever done. So they asked me for my address I gave them the address then they said it looked like someone used your creditcard to access your account.

I tond them this was Bull and if they did not return the fees I was going to get the FBI and securities trade commission on them as being a former fed I don't think I would have a problem with doing so.

All the background noise stopped and they said nothing , she said nothing then the supervisor said they would refund the money back into my account.

They said that they were a subsiderary of Vista Print Inc. I told them that they were ripping people off and causing hardship because Bush screwed up the country. So you ripoff the people to make it so you people can have jobs a little longer.

Boy that was some expesive business cards.

I am tied of the internet it is one crook after another.

AUTHOR: John - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Wednesday, April 20, 2005

Dealpass through Vista Print calls me to take down the Ripoff Report or they are going to sue me.
Well I told them go ahead and very soon your job will be gone with the rest of the crooks they hire.

Before when I called them they said that they would refund the money when I told them I was a Former Fed and I would make sure there a*s would be whipped.

Well I heard from anothe big company a rumor that they were ripped off by Vista Print to and they contacted the FBI and they said we cant do anything but there is a website in Russia that will take your rippoff report for a measly 200.00 and crash there site for 1 year.

Can you beleive an FBI agent saying this, what has this world come too.
