I ordered Rubber Stamps from Vista Print in March and received the product with no problem. The problem started the next month when a charge appeared on my credit card statement for $14.95 and thinking that was for the rubber stamps I went ahead and paid it. Six months down the line I am still getting charged $14,95 every month and stupid as I am, I keep paying it. Besides the $40 for the rubber stamps, I now have paid an additional $89 for nothing.
I called the Vista print customer services line 1-800-961-2075 and the sweet lady said I had joined a "rewards program" with them costing $14.95 a month. Seems the only one getting rewarded here is Vista Print. She promised they would refund it all within 2 business days to my credit card. I will be checking on that!
