VistPrint offered a promotion for 250 business cards for $8, with FREE shipping. After registering and providing all my information and credit card info, their shopping cart would not allow the promotion, charging me almost as much for shipping as the promotional price advertised. There is NO way around their shopping cart even though it saws right at the top "FREE Shipping". Called their customer support and to the run around about where did I see it and they dont offer that promotion. BTW The promotion was advertised on their website, came up the minute I logged onto their site.
