Vistaprint Companies who refuse to let go. Company refuses to move on Lexington Massachusetts

I signed up with Vistaprint about a year ago to use their e-commerece website to sell my products. I paid about $35.00 a month for nothing. I never had any sales from this website and decided to let it go because what is the sense is having a product that is not doing what it is intended to do. I had an email address connected to this account. They have suspended the account because they cannot charge my credit card anymore. So in retaliation, they go to Ebay someone I sell with, and put a freeze on my Ebay account because I have an email address still associated with the website that I forgot to change with Ebay. Since the Vistaprint account is suspended, I was conveniently locked out of my Ebay seller account. I received a message saying we need to verify this is actually you. So we're sending a code to the email address connected to the Vistaprint account. I cannot get the code because I refuse to pay this company anymore money. I am not under any contract with them, and I am free to move on to find a better way of selling my product. So now they have messed up my account on Ebay. I find this very distasteful and corrupt.
