Vita-Fit Fit Diet, Radiant Life Complete ripoff! Huntington Beach California

Complete ripoff!  I signed up online to pay the shipping only ($4.99) to try their product, Garcinia. Two weeks later, they charged my account $160!  

My call to get the charges reversed was met with an unbelievable runaround, about how I agreed to this and that agreement was binding. I'm a lawyer, who are they kidding?

Only by threatening to expose them everywhere did I get my money back, and even then only after they offered me a free bottle, then a 35% "courtesy refund"; then 50%, then 75%, and finally 100%, all the while telling me that I had no recourse but to pay them because I had "agreed" to this.

Even on their website, there's no mention of this so-called agreement. The fine print must be unintelligible. I can't even read the label on the bottle.

Clearly this is a scam meant to deceive and confuse the consumer. All this with Dr. Oz's apparent online endorsement, which I'm betting is a scam, too.
