I've been a long time customer, and been happy until today.

They sent an email soliciting a "be well box", sort of a grab bag, for $13.99 that was worth up to $70.

Based on their own website, the value of the products was worth $7.75. And they refuse to give a refund.

They say it is "worth up to $70" not "worth $70".

And even at worth about half of what they charge, they stand behind their grand lie.

Liar liar pants on fire.

At the bottom of the receipt, it says "All purchased at Vitacost are covered by our 30-day unconditional money-back guarantee." But they refuse to give a refund.
