Vitacost.com Lied about being a Ebates.com Member to Lure New Customers Lexington North Carolina

There are thousands of vitamin on line stores. I chose Vitacost because they were members of www.ebates.com. I signed onto ebates.com and selected vitacost.com from their drop down list and ordered $174.14 worth of products from Vitacost. When I did not see Vitacost pop up on my ebates.com account, I emailed ebates. Received a kiss off email from them telling me to contact Vitacost.com. Emailed vitacost.com and received a pleasant email telling me to contact an 800 number for assistance. Called the vitacost 800 number and got a young female rep who didn't know what ebates was and had no intention of finding out. She did everything to try to get me off the phone but hang up. I finally READ her the ebates email which read in part that if vitacost hadn't posted a rebate to my ebates.com account within 2-30 days to contact vitacost. This vitacost rep who did NOT even know what ebates was JUMPED on the 30 days like a dog on a bone. Wait 30 days and call us back she said. I then emailed the original vitacost rep back telling her how helpful the phone call went. Lo and behold I get an updated Vitacost email saying WE ARE NO LONGER AFFILIATED with EBATES.COM. To bad so sad say both ebates and vitacost.

Vitacost will NEVER get another dollar from me unless they honor their ebates commitment. And, I am putting in a complaint about ebates.com also.
