VitaGlo Hung up on several times, said I was harassing, told not to call back (regarding back 2nd Order!!!!) Syracuse New York

It appears one guy (identified himself as Mike) runs the phones and who knows what else! He hung up on me when the order was taking forever to arrive ( 4 weeks). Then when it did arrive, five of the nine items that showed "in stock" on the website, were backordered. I called the company inquiring about the backorderorder, and was hung up on again by same guy, even though I was polite. 

When the back order arrived 16 days later,  another item was still backordered.  I called "Mike" @ VitaGlo to let them know to refund me and I'll buy the item elsewhere myself, but I was not allowed to speak, was told to put it in writing, and then was hung up on by same guy "(Mike").   I called back and was told if I called again "it would be considered harassment," and was hung up on again.
