Since 4/7/09 I have been trying to get my account canceled with Vital Rezv. I contacted the company and canceled my order before the 14 days but I was unable to get through to talk to anyone so I left a message but didn't get a return call. Next I e-mailed them to cancel but didn't get any response. So from that time on I have called and e-mailed numerous times to I could send the product back and get my refund. But to this day ($80.59 which was billed to my debit card and $66.00 in cell phone bill because I didn't know they where located in Canada) I have not gotten the need response for them. Help! I am so mad and I want to report them for fraud but don't know who to contact. I will file a criminal complant!
