I foolishly deceided to take advantage of the Free Trial of VitalRezV, on 03.24.09. I paid the "Shipping Fees" of $5.95 . I began to have second thought and sent an email on 03.26.09 requesting cancellation , then I called I spoke with Shannon Crane told her to cancel my order... she advised me to refuse shipping... so to shorten this sad but true tale , after 15 or more emails all stating the same thing to cancel the order I have gotten no where . I have amazing emails from various people connected to VitaRezV . Tom Mathers said he couldn't cancel it until I received it .. this was about 04.01.09 and then Amanda Tanner wrote I HAD to try the product before I could cancel. Unbelievable.

I finnally received the product 04.07.09 Express Mail from China .. the invoice attached to the box states the contents is valued at $18.00.So today I called another number my bank gave me and Kate "in billing" said she understood and would email me a RMA # in 5 minutes along with the cancellation numbers.. and for a couple of minutes I wanted to believe her .. but no email ever arrived,I have cancelled my debit card because the Policies and Proceedures for VitalrezV states they can charge you again in 15 days from the original purchase date. I believe today is day 14 or maybe 15.

So please do your homework and buy from established companies . I doubt I will ever see a refund but whatever I can do or say to stop these thieves from victimizing another person I will
