On 08/08/15, I ordered a trial size of Vitier Eye Cream and Eye Serum. I was told I would only pay for shipping for my trial size cream and serum. On 08/29/15, I received telephone message that my credit card was reporting a possible unauthorized charges. I contacted the credit union and I was charged $89.98 for the trial size and another $88.00 for the next shipment of these products. I did not authorize these charges.

I contacted the 888-549-1386 number for customer service. I was giving a choice to be charged less for my trial size products and the new products charged was taken off my credit card. I told the customer support this was unacceptable because I did not agree to buying another months supply. She told me my 14 days were off to notify the company. She told me I had no recourse except to return the products. She said the $89.98 could not be taken off of my credit card. I asked her about the return policy. She said the company would have to receive the un used products before my charges were removed. She explained the transaction would be cancelled, but the charges would remain on my credit card for up to 7 days. Again, I asked why this was the policy of the company and her only response was to repeat the return process again. She would not deviate from her script.

Now, I have these credit card charges to on my credit card that I did not authorize, and it will take 7 days before the charges will be removed. I am going through a divorce and my credit card limit is maxed out. If I would have known the way this company charged me for these unauthorized products I would not have put them on my credit card. I am now over the limit on my card and will have to pay a fee of $35.00. This company practices are unreasonable and deceptive to the consumers. They should be shut down.

Looks like they changed their name

Lux Allure or Kalisi Eye Serum is what they are currently doing business under.  Total Scam especially if you dispute.  They blacklist you and won't let you return product.  Same 14 day trial as outlined in your dispute.  Unethical behavior at best.  Poor support reps (well unless they are part of this scam).  the product arrives every two weeks in a box with no name, with a invoice with no name, no number, nothing.  So they got you for the trial and at least one or two shipments before you can figure out where the stuff came from when you see it on your credit card.
