 They advertise online and on television that you can try a "free" sample...no risk! This is not true. You need to use a credit card to pay for the shipping of the "free" sample. However, within the next couple of weeks another shipment arrived and they charged my credit card $200. It took me three times to get through to customer service and when I did the representative had such a heavy accent I could barely understand her. She told me when you send for the "free" sample you are automatically enrolled in auto-shipment. I cancelled immediately, but she said there was NO refunds. I am SO frustrated!!!! The worst part of it all is the fact the cream does NOTHING! I saw no improvement with it at all!
