Vivint, Inc. APX Alarm STOP!!! HALT!!! WARN YOUR ELDERLY PARENTS OR YOURSELVES!!! Birmingham,, Alabama


Please be on the alert for yourselves and your senior parents to not answer the door to "cold-call" salesmen!  We believe Vivint recently took advantage of my elderly mother, who has a brain tumor and is under quite heavy medication, scaring her into believing her existing home security system was inadequate. 

After a week of dealing with the salesman, installer and management at Vivint, I was able to cancel the conract; however, it also cost us several hundreds of dollars to get her back to the position she was in before the salesman presented himself to her door.  We plan to pursue this with the State Attorney General's office.  Take a look at these sites for information about Vivint...

Vivint alarm & security Vivint I was misinformed and I was turn into the credit bureau which I had already paid Citizens bank $1.400 for the unit I told them turn it off and I was refused saying that I must pay $1.500 to $2.000 to buy the contract which I'm not going to do they even made all kind of holes in my walls which I didn't like at all. chicago IL

Vivint Solar Mark Smith Their door to door Salesmen were pushy, rude and lied to me and all of my neighbors. They wouldn’t leave our property when we asked them over and over. When we asked them who their boss was, they said Mark Smith told them to do anything possible to make the sell. They admitted that Mark Smith told them to trespass, lie and to not take no for an answer.
