  In 2015 I underwent a rhinoplasty.  Dr grigoryants ensured me I would look better.

What resulted in the surgery, was my nose not only be left botched, deformed but extremely uncomfortable.  I was also left unable to breathe.  The Doctor rushed during my consultation.  He agreed to carry out a free revison at 13  months post op, which was unsucessful.  My nose not only looked even more botched but he removed too much cartilage, which resulted in a collapsed nose!  He refused to refund me and offered me another free revison which my husband and I immediately refused.

I am submitting this to warn others.  This doctor is inexperienced, does not take the time to speak with his patients properly.  He has a style, which is short upturned nose with over exposed nostrils!  Dr Grigoryants not everybody likes this style of nose!  I showed him photos of what I wanted at my pre op consulation which took place 4 days before my surgery.

He obviously was not paying attention because he gave me the complete opposite!  

I have still not found anyone to correct the mess that this doctor made!   I paid him $9,800 to deform and botch my nose!

I have been quoted in the region of $23,000 for a revison.  Money we do not have!!!

Please go with a surgeon who will treat ALL his patients as individual people and not cookie cut!

I told him at my consultation I do not want Barbie short upturned nose.  He asked "why not its cute?" ......

It's my face, and my money and I do NOT want this fake ski slope typical surgery nose!!!

I have breathing problems and hide away from society.

This man ruined my life.   

Please stay away and go with another doctor please.

He removes most of his negative reviews online (Make me heal, yelp, realself)

He continues to deform many people.  Have a look at the mentioned websites and monitor his negative reviews and comments.  They are removed as quickly as they are put up!!!
