Vladimir Grigoryants Plastic Surgery Plastic Surgery Gone Wrong Glendale California

This review is regarding my plastic surgery experience with Vladimir Grigoryants. I hired Vladimir Grigoryants to perform a Rhinoplasty and asked for subtle changes to my nose. I had minor septal deviation but the deviation was minor and was not interfering with my breathing or nasal function. 

Hiring this Dr. to perform a Rhinoplasty was the worst decision every made. Even though I conducted  a lot of research before deciding to undergo a surgery. I agreed to do a rhinoplasty and Septoplasty to correct the septal deviation. As noted, it was pretty minor to an extent that it was not causing any problems. However, since I was going to undergo a surgery, I was advised to address the septal deviation as well. I did not discuss any turbinate reduction with the above doctor as I felt it was not really necessary. On the day of the surgery, he presented me with a paperwork to sign before he could start performing the surgery. The paperwork had turbinate reduction included and he asked me to sign it last minute without allowing me to make an informed decision.   I started to experience serious problems after undergoing a septoplasty and rhinoplasty with Vladimir Grigoryants. I had excessive and constant nose bleeds and a host of other functional problems. When I addressed the problems to Vladimir Grigoryants he responded by saying that  " You have to give the nose  some time to heal". He did not address the problem. This surgeon destroyed my nose and the functional aspect of it by removing excessive amount of cartilage from my nose. As a result, I now have the empty nose syndrome and my nose has been damaged beyond repair. I have been to many reputable doctors who assessed the situation and informed me that it has been badly damaged. Vladimir Grigoryants has no regard for patient safety and  privacy laws such as HIPPA. He posted before and after pictures of my surgery on his website without any written or verbal consent. This is a complete violation of patient privacy laws. When the issue and the matter was raised to him,  Vladimir Grigoryants provided the following response " It was my employee who published the pictures". He failed to take responsibility for his actions. As a medical professional, you are required to hire and train your employees  and should be responsible for their actions. I just do not understand how he can violate the patients 'privacy and stat  that it was the employee who published the pictures. My quality of life has been completely destroyed by his incompetence. He is not competent to carry out such an important surgery and cause harm to a patient. The mucous membranes and the nerve endings of my nose have been badly damaged.  I can't sleep because of my empty nose syndrome.  Vladimir Grigoryants should be investigated by the licensing board and should have sanctions taken against his licensing for incompetence and intentional harm to  patients' health, safety and well-being.  He has completely damaged my face, beauty, quality of life, health and well-being. I can't sleep as a result of my empty nose syndrom. He has caused agony by his actions and should be banned from practice. If he continues to do any more surgeries he will continue to other patients. Anytime a patient tries to voice their concerns, he contacts them and harrases in exchange for money. He is in violation of professional code of ethics. Patients have a right to experience their true experiences. 

I can't call Vladimir Grigoryants a surgeon or a Dr.  because  any person who violates professional ethical code and  violates   patient  privacy laws and continually  lies and comes up with excuses for his negligent actions can't be called a Dr.
