Vlamorous Deceptive Internet

I ordered what I thought was a sample paying only Shipping & Handling of about $5.  The sneaky website apparently also signed me up for a different "free" sample product called Aquavo for $7 for shipping and handling.  That's when I knew there was a problem.  When you call the phone numnber in the email, a recording states that, if you wish to cancel your "subscription" (I thought I was only ordered a free sample), you have to send back the trial jar or the company will charge you the full price for it, $38.71!  Within minutes, all of those charges were posted to my credit card and I never agreed to it.

I called both company's 800 numbers and the call was answered by someone in India who said that, if I wanted a refund on the shipping, I would have to talk to the shipping company directly.  That's when I called my VISA company to have them block the charges.  Both of these companies are sneaky and obvious ripoffs.  This must be the only way they can sell their products is to trick consumers into buying them and signing up for subscriptions they didn't want.
