The company states that I gave permission for the charges just because I ordered the trial size. They state I should have called and canceled the product to be shipped within 14 days of ordering the trial. I never signed up to receive the product monthly. They are not truthful in their wording of the terms and conditions. when I called they would not refund my money. They were the most unprofessional, disrespectful, rude customer service agents ever.

The customer service agents said they didn't have a manager. They were so rude and disrespectful and the agents hung the phone up when I was speaking.
