VMD Direct, Josh Montgomery Did not get what was promised Lake Orion Michigan

In July of 2014, Josh Montgomery came to my business and promised me, if I were to switch my credit card processing service to his company, my fees would be lower since he is directly from First Data Credit Card Company and not a middle man. I explained to him that I had a current lease through FDGL on my current terminal.  He assured me that the lease from FDGL and my termination fee with PNC would be cancelled and paid by him. I was only paying $35 a month on my first terminal and now through his company the terminal cost three times more at $99 and the fees are not any less than what PNC was charging.

Neither PNC, nor the lease with FDGL, were ever cancelled.  In August 2014, I call Josh Montgomery and he told me that he would look into it and that sometimes the old company won’t cancel it the first time or sometimes the business owner has to call to have it cancel. I trusted Josh and he had advised me to call PNC to cancel my contract with them, in which I did.  PNC then charged my account a $400 cancellation fee and the fee was taken out automatically once they received my written cancellation. I contacted Josh Montgomery in regards to the cancellation fee that was charge from PNC month after month, and again with no resolution. It was only a month ago (February 2015) he only reimbursed me after I threatened to cancel. At this time the lease with FDGL, has still not been cancelled or resolved. Josh said he would offset the cost of the old lease by lowering my processing rates enough to cover it. To this day it still has not been completed; therefore, I am still paying on two leases.
