Voicemail Solutions Added Fasle Charges to my AT&T bill Internet

I had noticed that my phone bill went up but I though it was just rates going up. When I changed some service and my bill was not what was quoted to me I started reading through the whole thing. I noticed a charge for $12.95 for Voicemail Solutions. When I called AT&T they told me that that was an outside vendor and I should call 866-576-1877. I asked this company to tell me who signed me up for this. They gave me my husbands name and an address that was his childhood home in California and we live in Texas. No one in my family has lived in that house for 5 years and my husband hasn't even lived in Californina for 16 years! Not only that, I have been paying this since OCT 2008 and it is now May 2009. Obviously someone got my husbands name, an old address and my home phone number and signed us up for this. There is not even a phone connected to this line - it is used for my home security system only so we don't even give it out. This is not the first time have had this happen with a company like this so everyone beware of the fine print on your bills. The customer service rep at Voicemail Solutions did say that he would credit the money back to my account. We shall see.
