VOIP Your World Unauthorized bank draft Brookline New Hampshire

I was checking my bank account yesterday morning, March 27, 2015, and I came across an unknown electronic check withdrawal in the amount of $38.48. I contacted my bank and spoke with a representative. I told them that the charge was odd and if they could pull up a copy of the draft. The represenative did so, and it was noted that some company named VOIP Your World made an unauthorized bank draft on my account!  I asked my bank to close my account, as this was the only way to stop the company from further accessing the account. My bank may try to refund the money to me.

I believe this company may have gotten my information when I applied for a payday loan.  I called VOIP Your World at the number that was on the bank draft and got their voice mail. I left a message, but never heard anything back from this company. I suspect I never will. They have ripped off MANY people in the process.  I filed complaints with three other entities - the BBB, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and IC3.
