 On November, 28th 2016 I contact Volks Anwalt of New York, I spoke with Yvonne Geddie, one of the companies Paralegal she informed me that they were lawyers who help stop foreclosure she did all the necessary paperwork I filled out papers I signed papers that was required for me to fill out I also downloaded the forms for a modification fill them out submitted them back to Volks Anwalt.Miss Geddie, told me there was a fee of $2,500 which they deducted from my bank account on December 3rd $800 on January 3rd another $500 and $500 on February the 3rd which I think left me like a payment and a half left. I received a letter from my mortgage company Select Portfolio on the 9th of February 2016 which is today stating that either I could do a short sale of my home or pay the amount that I was behind on my mortgage I contact Volks Anwalt of New York today. No one could speak to me they had to make me an appointment for someone to call me this is what I've been going through since the 28th of November and I feel like that is a scam that they are running and they are really not lawyers I found out today here in Baltimore Maryland from a lawyer that is very well known that they were bandit from the State of Maryland as far as filing bankruptcy for any clients here in the State of Maryland so I left them a message stating that to them today but I have not heard from anyone.
