As an EX-dealer of this company, I can tell you that this company is going to be out of business very shortly. If you are currently dealer, my advice is to get out now! If you are considering getting into this business or have been approached by a dealer who is going "to change your life" and promises "unlimited income potential"--please RUN the other way.If you are a CUSTOMER of this company, please take your business elsewhere because you are paying WAY too much for the air units, water units and vitamins (trust me, dealers are charging you SOOO much more money than what they are paying).

Another point I would like to make is that this company is more like a "cult" than a business. The meetings are led by the big dogs of the company who try to motivate you and brain wash you into thinking this is the BEST thing EVER. Well it's not. They prey on people and make them think they are going to be driving expensive cars and living in a mansion, but trust me, the ONLY people living the good life are people at the top (Joseph Urso, "Dr" Troy Sanford, Bill Coyle)

I did manage to sell a few units and I did make a profit. But the headache of having to deal with the poor quality issues and customer complaints was not worth it. My customers paid around $750.00 for a Fresh Air Unit that lasted about 6-9 months before it had to be sent in to be repaired.

And God forbid if something happens and you have to call Customer Service! Your issue will NOT be resolved, your 3-year warranty will not be honored, and you will not get the same answer twice. Prices change, policies change, items get discontinued all the time. The only response you will get is "i understand how you feel BUT..." AND on top of that, the friendly Customer Service Rep will try to sell you something even though the issue you called about is not fixed. No, it's NOT a "great day at Vollara"  PLEASE KNOW WHAT I'M SAYING IS TRUE!!!!! i HAVE BEEN THERE AND I'VE EXPERIENCED IT FIRST HAND. DON'T GET BRAINWASHED!

It sickens me that people can go online and say the most awful things about people and business just because they are mad that it did not work out for them.  for your information Vollara LLc is a real business for people who want to work.  This business about warranty issues is nonsense.  it is true you have a 3 year warranty on the products and the company did not change its name because the old one got a reputation.  Unlike most companies who go bankrupt, this company was sold to Joseph p. urso so that the peopel who stuck it out would not lose their income.  This is a real business and the people who you think are the big wigs are working hard everyday so that those people who are helping people everyday breath cleaner air, drink better water, take healthy whole food supplements so that they may have the same opportunities to reach higher incomes.  I'm sick of people complaining about things that they gave up on.  Not all business is perfect and companies are always improving.  those who stick with it are those who are successful.  Just because you failed at your opportunity does not give you the right to tell others not to make something of themselves.  These products have changed many people's lives and in some cases are helping keep them out of the hospital.  so if you think the prices are too high than you have not had to pay a hospital bill before.  Get over your anger and move on.

"Ginger",

On what facts do you have the right to post, "I can tell you that this company is going to be out of business very shortly." ?

"The meetings are led by the big dogs of the company who try to motivate you..." Who would you recommend to lead meetings? People off the street?

How in world do you know that "the ONLY people living the good life are people at the top"? That is the most ridiculous generic slanderous statement in this entire report. How do you know what the people at the top make? There are plenty of Vollara distributors making healthy incomes from the independent business.

I'd like to try and help with the issue here, but this entire post sounds more like a rant than a complaint. What was the actual issue?
