I used Vonage for a little over 3 months then cancelled because the service was terrible. I had to keep haning up my phone and call the person back because they could not hear me talk, or there was a bad connection. Never once did they say anything about a disconection fee when they were signing me up OR when I cancelled their service. Remember people you get what you pay for and $10.00/ mth doesn't get you much with this company.
