Wachovia Dealer Services How the rats in the ship are eating away the profits of Wachovia Internet

Wachovia has by far the most inhuman reps working for the company. I am late on my payment for 45 days. Non-stop calls to every number they can find to get a hold of me. When i answer, they are non stop at there per suite to force me to make a payment. I explained to them the difficulties in doing so but am very workable on how i can catch the payments up. in the past i have done this with ease but after our conversation i realize they don't care about any of us. They are more concerned with providing you information of your contract and repossession than figuring out when you will pay and trying to keep the loan that is providing profit to their company.

Let me explain the situation and you will clearly see my frustration with the entire ordeal. I signed for this truck and i have made payments on it for 2 years now. there has been times i will behind on the payment for 45 pluss days. no later than 60. i have made double payments when i needed to. I work with cable t.v. services and the jobs slowed down. I am happy to say the jobs are picking back up but the bad thing is i am finishing school which is taking away from some of my days of work. i now am trying to make a payment but there is a catch to their system. if you pay by check over phone they charge you 9.99 fee. if i send in the payment by mail they will put it in reposession status and deny my payment which in the end i have to call and pay that fee. they wont let me make the one month payment unless i set up another check by phone for the current month. i have bounced 3 checks due to this and they continue to refuse one month of payment. i ask them to work with me they will not. I asked what would you do if you were in my situation. Mike Farmer with Wachovia Sarcastically says i would pull the tags off your truck and get ready for it to be towed.

I realize i made a loan with this company and i have an obligation to pay it. i will pay this loan but i didn't agree to the harassment of their sheep. I didn't know by signing this that it would open the door for a half-wit to tell me about how i can't afford my bills and i signed to this and how horrible of a person i am because i have situations that i am triing to work through. The staff their needs to understand god gave them two ears and one mouth for a reason. They want to have full controll over the way you pay them and if you dont follow what they tell you their favorite line is "well just pick up you vehicle".

My only question is how do they stay in business if they encourage all customers to repossession? By them repossessing the vehicle they would loose 4,000 on it and i will take a credit ding that i will never pay back. i am about on the edge with their underclass opportunity to tear down a person trying to survive in the same world they are in. I am upset with this to the point of taking action. if there is any one in the world wanting to join forces count me in.
