Wachovia Dealer Services Not crediting my payments Salt Lake City, Utah

Since having Wachovia for two car loans taken out about three months apart. They have failed to credit me numerous payments charging me late charges when I am actually ahead of payments I have called month after month to get this rsolved. My bank Zions sat down with me and called them to work this out and they just don't get it. I have been told today 12/02/08 that if I don't pay them $83.00 I will be charged another late fee. I tried to show them proof as well as my bank and they refuse to accept accept my payment history. I feel they are crooks and I would not recomend them to anybody they should be investigated for fraud. Please send help I am at my wits end!
