Wachovia Dealer Services - forced insurance cheating San Diego California

i have a long story about this company ,almost 1 year ago or more i and sister inlaw went to a dealer to buy car i had bad credit but she had good credit ,dealer told us if they put my name on the loan application will not be approved because of my bad credit then they put only her name and we got approved.i drove that car for almost 1 year or more and paid the payments .
some how my insurance was cancelled and wachovia got me a forced insurance with added $180 each month to my payment.when i call them after 8months of paying for forced insurance to get the proof of insurance the said i dont have insurance and i was paying $180 for nothing and they only cover the car that we bought nothing else(not full coverage ,people in the car also not covered),they told me they cant give me proof of insurance for dmv and they said go get your own insurance.some how we spoke about that my sister inlaw bougth the car for me with her credit(her name is only on the loan ,my name is on the registration) agent on the phone said its fraud that i drive the car and they can come and take the car then she said have good day sir,the hangup on me.i dont know what should i do please help.
