Wachovia Dealer Services Another unhappy, mistreated Customer Santa Ana California

Yes, another unhappy customer...Last year I lost my job, but before I was physically terminated I was off on State disability and I called up WFS and the guy I spoke with really tried to help. He put in for a hardship re-financing, because I was at $1000.00 short of my income. Some days went by and I never heard anything, I would attempt and still no answer, after about a week, I found out that the re-financing did not get approved, so I struggled to make the payments I would pay them maybe 1 to 3 days late, but never 30 days.

Then I lost job and my state disability expired. I just started working and I am now (2) months behind. I called WFS yesterday to make arrangements on the pass due amount. Spoke with Maricelo this lady is just horrible, I'm very shocked that she still has a job, because this is my 2nd time dealing with her and both times has been horrible, I mean she acts as if you owe her money oersonally. She tells me that "either you're gonna pay the past due today or just walk away from the car" . The last time she sent my car to the repo department because I pissed her off, by telling her that i didn't have the money to money gram my payment and I was gonna mail it. Next thing I know I'm on the phone with repo depart, who actually worked out everything for me.

Well yesterday I asked Maricelo, if I could speak to someone else because she wasn't trying to work with me at all, she said no that's not possible either I'm gonna deal with her and pay the money today or turn the car in. She never offered me hardship re-financing or anything.

I tought WFS was in the business of financing & providing customer services...NOT a collection agency....from the minute you call them they have this big attitude and already have in their mind that what ever you say...the answer is NO...PAY or Turn in the car.
