Repeated, rude calls to me, my parents, my parents friends, my sisters and many of my friend. A representative called me to say that my June payment was late even though it wasnt due for another 2 days. When I told the guy that my payment was not due for another two days he started yelling telling me that he did not like me driving a 25000 car and that I needed to turn it in because he wasnt going to allow me to be racking up the miles on the vehicle. I could not say anything without getting yelled at. When I hung up the phone because he would not let me talk to someone else the lady I talked to said that he was already in the office talking to the manager so that they could repo my vehicle. Also, since my husband lost his job and I also lost mine I got behind just one month and so the threatening calls begin before that I had been on time with all my payments which they say otherwise. When I finally got to where I could make the payment they threaten that if I was just one day late on my payment they would pick up the car. They where rude and did not want to help at all. Then they wanted to change my payment due date which would have made me late on my payment. I really did not understand why they wanted me to do that since then they would have called trying to pick up the car AGAIN.

IS THERE SOMEONE OUT THERE INTERESED IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT AGAINST THIS COMPANY . . . I AM LOCATED IN VIRGINIA. THERE ARE THREE OF US THAT HAVE BEEN RIPPED OFF BY THESE VERY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE.

I read your report, and I feel so sorry for you! We had a somewhat similar situation here in Arizona. I filed my own "Rip-Off Report" today, July 14, 2009. I hope you get a chance to read it - it concerns two vehicle loans through Wachovia; as well as discrimination by them against me for being disabled; the use of profanity to and about me; the literal "theft" of our two vehicles; and Wachovia's attempt to commit insurance fraud!!

I am also seeking an attorney to take our case - ours may be slightly different because they blatantly discriminated against me in documented phone conversations, slandered my name, and in the end are attempting to file an insurance claim with our old insurance company for a vehicle they repossessed (after it was already taken from our property!!) I filed a complaint with the Comptroller of the Currency (you should also look into this avenue for your complaint); as well as started blogs of my own about our incident. Should you get an attorney who is interested in a class action, we would very willingly be a part of same.

I wish you the best of luck in the future, and hope you are able to avoid ever dealing with Wachovia again (of course now, it is "Wells Fargo").
