Wage Works Health Savings Accounts Rip offs Theft Tempe Arizona

This company will not pay claims although their website says it's your money use it. They make up excuses why they can't accept claims. They tell you to call someone else(employees company) and that company says Wage Works has to handle the claims. They have "phone rooms" in other countries and it's hard to understand the people that take your calls. They refused to work with us and stole 2 years of funds(about $1500) from us.  I have spent countless hours on the phone and compiling documentation to recover what is my own money and they still refuse to pay the claims. This is supposed to be a fund set up to pay co-pays for medical claims and they literally and legally stole the money from us and there is noth ing we can do.

Stay as far away from companiers like this as you can.
