Wall and Associates, Inc. Refuse to Refund $5600 after cancelling services within a month Indianapolis, Indiana Nationwide

Wall and Associates charged an exorbitant fee to have their team of "experts" resolve or negotiate a tax debt settlement. It soon became clear I was not working with the local office, and that the representatives working my case were not experts, or up to date on IRS or State tax forms, state tax laws, or had any intention of expediting or following up in order to resolve the matter as quickly as possible. That is because in addition to the initial $7500 they charged, they were going to charge $400 a month for as long as it took. When I realized they were not competent or working on my behalf, I cancelled (within a month) and requested a refund. They absolutely refuse to refund even a penny of the $5600 I had to borrow because I was already in financial hardship - obviously, so I thought they could help.  

Basically, they took advantage of my situation and robbed me of what, to me, is a devastating financial loss. Now I have to pay back the loan from my boss on top of the tax debt. As a woman, a senior citizen, and a single income household, if they have no concern for me, and refuse to refund a cent to me, putting me in a financial crisis situation, they will do it to anybody. Be warned about Wall and Associates and any company that asks for Power of Attorney to handle you tax matters!!!!!
