 After 7 years of paying these crooks $375 a month I am now in bankruptcy thanks to the $1,000 per WEEK IRS levy Wall couldn't get stopped. Oh but they wanted me to continue their services offering me a few months free and $300 a month. What a JOKE. Doing quick math I've figured up with my monthly payment and the sizable down payment required to retain their services I paid them about $27,000 over the years. That amounts to nearly half of my original IRS debt, which has now ballooned to about $80,000. I'm certain that because of my income Wall knew years ago they could not help me, but instead of telling me to suck it up and settle on an installment agreement with the IRS they kept putting bandaids on the wound and taking my money every month. Worse, Wall told me any years in which I owed payroll taxes that I was a client could just be added to the offer in compromise. So basically they told me NOT to pay my tax debts, although I had the money and wanted to pay them. I am not a candidate for bankruptcy in the sense that most people file, I make good money and don't have credit card debt or live beyond my means. However my problem was so out of control a chapter 13 filing was the only way to immediately stop the burdensome levy. Had I just worked out a payment plan with the IRS originally I'd be free and clear of it all by now, my house wouldn't be encumbered by liens, and my family and I wouldn't have spent all this time stressed and looking over our shoulders. Now I've got 4 years of bankruptcy with weekly payments going to a trustee to pay off the entire IRS debt, including penalties and interest. So, dear readers, I beg of you to steer way clear of Wall & Associates.
