Wall Street Underground Fraudulent Ripoff Con Artists: Nick Guarino and John Holden screwed others too ripoff swindlers victimized many consumers Merriam Kansas

After I subscribed to Nick Guarino's Premium Wall Street Underground Newsletter Service for the sum of $5,000., I discovered that his recommendations were getting extremely risky where as only the very rich could afford to stay in the trades to gain profits. He made it so simple for his customers to understand that profits were easy and that I was able to cancel my Premium Online subscription at anytime for a 100% refund.

In the early part of February 2003, I called eWSU Service Center Customer Service to cancel my subscription; I spoke to: Darren, David McCarthy, also Jo-Anna of the Data Base Office and was transferred to John Holden, Office Manager. Mr. Holden said that I would receive a refund check within 30 to 90 days.

I felt uncompfortable dealing with these characters so I sent a Fax requesting a full refund of $5,000. to no avail.

after 90 days, I spoke to John Holden and he promised to issue me a check which I never received. I later sent them a certified letter and got my returned receipt signed and dated with no response from them to this current date.

I need all the information I can get from anyone who has been victimized from these sharks so that we can put them behind bars and prevent others from being suckered into their web deceit.
