Wall Street Underground ripoff business from hell Chicago Illinois

In January, 2003, I called Wall Street Underground and requested a refund of the $5000 I paid for a two year subscription. Their literature stated that refunds would be made with no questions asked. I spoke with Mr. John Hogan at 1-888-229-7878 on January 7, 2003 and was told that my refund would be forthcoming in 4-6 weeks.

I have spoken with Mr. Hogan four times since and have written a certified letter to which I have received no response or acknowledgement other than a return receipt.

It has now been six months and I contine to be told that I will get my refund in 6-8 weeks; the Refund Department is behind in getting the refunds out. I will pursue this to whatever extent I need to until I get my refund.

I would appreciate any information from anyone who has successfully receive a refund from WSU. This is a real rip-off if one ever existed.
