Walmart Assurion Walmart Protection Plan They ripped me off on a claim for a laptop I paid for. Omaha Nebraska

At Christmas time I put several items on layaway. I paid for the Warranty on my laptop. Well a month ago it for dropped. I filed a claim and they said I did not have insurance on it but on knee pads, which I returned before completing the layaway. I have emailed several copies of my receipt with the circled insurance number to no avail. They have stopped contacting me. Simply denied me and ignored me. Please explain why anyone would insure knee pads. When they are buying a laptop a desktop and refrigerator and other big purchase items. I have been bamboozled. I am out of a computer and apparently have insurance on kneepads that's I don't even own. It is my belief that this is done intentionally just to make sales. When the consumer calls in for a claim. They have their money and they are ok with that. Ripping off hard working individuals. The insurance does not give description of what was actually covered so the consumer has no idea of which item is actually being listed as the warranted item.
