Walmart Assurion Nothing. I keep getting the run around. Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I contacted walmart care plan and Assurion. Both companies keep giving me the run around. It's been a year since I started filing a claim for this EA Sports Table. I had a live chat on November 10th and started another claim which I was told someone will contact me in 2 business days today is the 15th of November and not a phone call or nothing yet.

I called walmart care plan this morning and spoke with Kathy who was very nasty than hung up the phone on me while I was talking to her. I believe soon I'm going to contact a lawyer because walmartcareplan is a scam and they want you to buy a protection plan but when its time to file a claim they don't honor it. My grandson toes or feet could of been broken if he didn't jump back when the table was collapsing. I am going to write to come Consumer reports and tell them about this and the news so people will know about walmart and Assurion care plans.
