Walmart.com refunded me 1 peny for my Blu Rays , Internet

On 9/27/01, Walmart.com had a bundle deal of BD player, HDMI cable, Avatar BD for $108. I ordered this bundle and was told that items were shipped free to my chosen store separately. However, on 10/9/10, I received an email from Walmart that the BD player and cable were ready for pick-up but my Avatar BD was lost in the delivery process and refunded me $0.01 for it. I replied that I did not want a refund and requested that the Avatar BD to be delivered to me again. Help@walmart.com has ignored me for the last 3 days. What would you do Walmart shoppers and everyone out there??? Thanks.

I email Walmart.com many times without any solution. I finally called the customer care center and got a gift card to re-order my BD. Their system was down for a few hours but the customer reps are very helpful and friendly. The process was extremely painless. They solved my problem better than my expectation. A+ guys. Guess that I am back in bussiness with Walmart again. Thank you.
